Chocolates filled with cream of Balsamic Vinegar

Now patented for 20 years by Malpighi, it contains a precious drop of balsamic vinegar in a shell of fine dark chocolate. Attaining such an exquisite result by incorporating traditional balsamic vinegar in the aging process into a solid chocolate casing is certainly not easy. It requires finding just the right consistency so that the potency of vinegar which is full-bodied and therefore, quite substantial, does not penetrate the chocolate casing. The chocolate is a surprise to all tasting it for the first time. It has been created to bring the enjoyment of balsamic vinegar of Modena to you anytime and anyplace. This chocolate succeeds in delighting the palate with an ancient pair-traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, well known as a digestive from the time of the Romans, and chocolate which was officially introduced in Europe by King Louis XIII of France.
There remains only the experience of sampling it and becoming exhilarated by its remarkable taste.

Exterior: cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter
Emulsifying agent: soya lecithin, vanilla
Content of cocoa: min. 60%
Interior: Saporoso (cooked grape must 15%), syrup of glucose, concentrated skim milk, hydrogenates vegetable fats, salt, natural aroma
